3. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is free and takes 2-7 business days within the U.S.
Orders from other warehouses may take 7-21 business days to dispatch.
Fully customized orders take 2-10 weeks to manufacture and ship.
We offer expedited FedEx delivery (3-day shipping) for $25 in select areas.
Orders over $100 qualify for free worldwide shipping (except certain regions).
We charge additional shipping fees for Peru, Philippines, Israel, and Russia.
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-21 business days after we receive the returned item.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

5. Custom Orders

Fully customized jackets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Custom orders take 2-10 weeks for production and dispatch.
Customers must provide accurate sizing and specifications. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by customers.

6. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, but slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur.
If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide alternative options or a full refund.
