7. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • USA Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Delivery Time: For international orders, delivery generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

  • Shipping Fee: We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase or additional shipping charges.

  • Shipping Exclusions: We currently do not ship to Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, or any OFAC-sanctioned countries. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.

  • Courier Services: We use trusted express services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, and reserve the right to choose the most efficient courier based on the destination.

Note: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control after dispatch.

 

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are:

    • Covered by us if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

    • Customer’s responsibility for returns due to personal preferences (e.g., size or style).

  • Custom or personalized jackets are non-returnable, unless received in defective or damaged condition.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and credited to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund.

  • we do not charge any restocking fee

 

  • 9. ORDERING, AVAILABILITY & PAYMENT

Orders placed through our website must be paid in full at checkout using a valid payment method.

  • Prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes, import duties, or customs charges.

  • Import charges are the buyer’s responsibility for international shipments.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment failure, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • We strive to keep all product descriptions and imagery accurate but do not guarantee that all site content is free of typographical or technical errors.

  • A binding purchase agreement is created only when you receive a shipping confirmation email from us.

 

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to most countries around the world, subject to applicable laws.

  • International customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations and paying any customs duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning such fees are not included in your purchase price or paid by us.

  • We are not responsible for delays, rejected parcels, or customs seizures resulting from your local import laws.

 

 

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:
