2. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Procedure)

Note: Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

If a package is returned to USA Jacket Builder due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the courier’s facility, the following conditions apply:
