1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items:

Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition, free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear
- With original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Non-Eligible Items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items clearly marked at the time of purchase
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care

2. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Procedure)

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Clearly state your Order Number, product details, reason for return, and attach relevant photographs if applicable.
Our team will promptly respond within 1–2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return shipping instructions.

Note: Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

USA Jacket Builder will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
Returns for Personal Reasons (e.g., size, style preference):

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. USA Jacket Builder strongly recommends using a trackable and insured shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refund Policy and Timeline

Refunds are issued only after returned items have been received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team.
Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days from receipt of returned items.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refunds do not include initial shipping fees (if applicable), duties, taxes, or any other external charges.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
The item being exchanged must be eligible for return as defined above.
Exchanges are limited to items of equal or greater value; customers must pay any price differences, if applicable.
Customers will bear shipping costs for exchanges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations or modifications are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
After 24 hours or if the item has shipped, cancellation or modifications cannot be guaranteed, and standard return policies will apply.

7. Handling Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to USA Jacket Builder due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the courier’s facility, the following conditions apply:

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
If a refund is requested, shipping charges incurred by USA Jacket Builder will be deducted from the total refund.

8. International Orders – Duties and Taxes

For international shipments:

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
USA Jacket Builder does not issue refunds or accept returns for international orders refused due to customs-related charges.
