Below you will find a comprehensive overview of our shipping procedures, timelines, and policies, clearly outlined in compliance with international standards and EU regulations.

 

Free Shipping Worldwide

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, without minimum purchase requirements. We proudly serve global customers, except we currently do not ship to the following countries:

  • Russia

  • Israel

  • Iran

  • Iraq

  • India

  • OFAC-sanctioned countries

 

Order Processing and Dispatch Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Dispatch times vary based on product type:

Note:

  • Standard jackets are ready to ship and typically dispatch within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-measure jackets require additional processing and crafting time due to customization.

 

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Deliveries: Typically 4–7 business days.

  • International Deliveries: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery times may be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, and peak seasonal periods. We recommend tracking your order closely using the provided tracking number.

 

Courier Services

To ensure secure and efficient delivery, USA Jacket Builder utilizes reputable international express courier services, including but not limited to:

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • UPS

APO/PO Box Addresses:

We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers outside the United States, including EU customers, may be subject to import duties, VAT, and taxes levied by your local customs authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility. USA Jacket Builder does not include these fees in the purchase price or shipping charges.

We advise contacting your local customs office to determine any additional costs before placing your order.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare case that your order is lost or damaged during shipping:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@usajacketbuilder.com within 5 business days of the tracking delivery date.

  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographic evidence (if applicable).

  • Once verified by our courier service, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Claims raised beyond the 5-business-day window cannot be accepted. Refunds are not provided for lost orders, only replacements or store credit.

 

Rescheduling and Delivery Issues

Tracking and Delivery Attempts:

  • You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. It is your responsibility to track and coordinate with the courier directly.

  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in your order being destroyed by the courier. USA Jacket Builder will not be liable for parcels destroyed due to repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Refusal of Delivery:

  • If delivery is refused by the recipient, the package may be destroyed by the courier and will not qualify for return or refund.

  • Customers intending to return an item must first accept delivery and then follow our standard return procedure.

Incorrect Addresses:

  • Ensure accuracy of your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reschedule delivery to a different address once dispatched.

  • Packages undeliverable due to incorrect addresses may be destroyed by the courier. In such scenarios, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

 

Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If this is not received within 24 hours, please reach out to our customer support team at support@usajacketbuilder.com.

 

Combined Shipments

For multiple orders placed to the same address, we may combine shipments to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact. This could slightly extend the delivery time of your initial order.

 

Complimentary Items

Orders exceeding 10 items do not automatically include complimentary items. Special exceptions or approvals can be arranged by contacting our customer support team.
